Felicia Armstead, cook’s helper, was selected as the Gary Job Corps Employee of the Month of November. Prior to working at the Gary Center she served as a Chef for a sorority at Texas State University. She is currently a Pastor and has established a following called Inspiration Outlet Church on the Gary Center. Armstead is married with 3 children and said she has a passion to work with young people and to be the mentor to all. She started a “You are wonderful” campaign on the campus that has been well-received.
