Lola Mae Schneider

Lola Mae Schneider, 93, beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother, a longtime resident of San Marcos, Texas, passed away peacefully on May 28, 2019.  Lola was born on January 26, 1926, in Floresville, Wilson County, Texas, the daughter of Ed Lohse and Olga Ziegler Lohse. She married Marvin W. Schneider on February 19, 1944, in Floresville.  After 62 years of marriage, Marvin preceded her in death on May 26, 2006.  Lola is survived by her children, Margie Ann Hilbert and her husband Michael of Katy. Joe Bob Schneider and his wife Laura of San Marcos. Sandra Jean Stout and her husband Quinn of Seguin; grandchildren Michael David Hilbert and his wife Holly of Katy, Matthew Karl Hilbert and his wife Kelsey of Katy and Emily Mae Smith and her husband Ben of Austin; great grandchildren Hailey and Hannah Hilbert of Katy and Sophie Smith of Austin.  The family would like to thank Olga Garza for her many years of friendship and care.  Thanks also to Margarite and Hilda from Hospice Care at CTMC, and to Debra from Advent Care Nursing Home.
