Adelita Pompa February 24, 1967 — October 5, 2024

Adelita was born on February 24, 1967 in San Marcos, Texas to Nicolas R. Pompa and Anita G. Rodriguez.

Adelita had an amazing spirit. She enjoyed puzzles, watching movies, and volunteering at the public library. She also loved to sing and dance, and liked to play bingo. Adelita was definitely the life of every party and her smile brightened up any room.

Adelita is preceded in death by her father Nicolas R. Pompa. Adelita is survived by her mother, Anita G. Rodriguez; siblings Emma P. Villanueva, Nicolas G. Pompa, Jr., Erasmo G. Pompa and Hector G. Pompa. Adelita is survived by her nieces and nephews: Genevieve Dean, Kristina Villa, Selena Salinas, Nicolas G. Pompa III., Patricia Pompa, Crystal Rodriguez, Rebecca Tello, and Elizabeth Pompa. Adelita is also survived by 5 great-nieces, 12 great-nephews, 1 greatgreat niece, and one greatgreat nephew.

To honor Adelita Pompa's life we will gather at Los Angeles Funeral Home located at 300 Cheatham Street, San Marcos, Texas, on Monday, October 14, 2024, beginning at 5:00 p.m., followed by a memorial at 7:00 p.m. The funeral Mass will take place on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, at 12:00 p.m., at St. Michael Catholic Church located at 80 S. Old Spanish Trail, Uhland, Texas 78640.
