Longoria Cole

Longoria Cole, beloved mother, wife, and daughter of San Marcos, TX passed away on June 8, 2024.

A native of San Marcos born June 5, 1967, to Anita Cuevas and David Longoria. Denise graduated from San Marcos High School and attended Southwest Texas State University, majoring in Political Science. Denise had a creative eye and loved putting things together. This trait led to her career in store management and merchandising which was her passion.

Denise is preceded in death by her father, David Longoria, stepfather, Phillip Cuevas, maternal grandparents, Jose B. and Luz Lucio, paternal grandparents, Isidro and Antonia Longoria. She is survived by her husband of 30 years, Pat Cole, sons Matthew and Phillip, daughter Ashlee Archer (Justin), grandsons Brody and Tyler Archer, stepbrother, Phillip Cuevas Jr. and mother, Anita Cuevas who will never forget the love she brought to their lives.

Visitation will take place at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 624 East Hopkins San Marcos, TX on Tuesday, June 18, 2024, at 8:30 a.m. followed by a rosary prayer service and Mass. Burial will follow at Memory Lawn Memorial Park, 19106 San Marcos Hwy San Marcos, TX.

Denise was the heart of our home and family, leaving a huge hole in our hearts which will be difficult to fill. Her love shined upon us every day which we will miss tremendously. She was many things to so many and her spirit will live on with us forever.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made in Denise's honor to Kings Highway Animal Clinic in San Marcos or the PALS of Central Texas.
