Ruth Gail Bilodeau, 94, of El Paso, Texas, died on Monday, February 15, 2021. Services took place on Thursday, February 25 at the First Baptist Church of San Marcos. Interment will be at Fort Bliss National Cemetery in El Paso on Monday, March 1. Arrangements were under the direction of Thomason Funeral Home.
