Annalisa Robles

Annalisa Robles

It is with great sorrow that the family announces the passing of Annalisa Robles, on July 31, 2020, age 52. Annalisa was born in Corpus Christi, TX to Ramiro and Maria Elena Robles on April 20, 1968. She graduated from Southwest Texas State University in 1990, then obtained her Master’s degree of Education in Education and Administration in 1993. Annalisa was a 5th grade teacher at Cunningham Elementary School in Houston, TX in which she had been awarded Teacher of the Year for the 2019- 2020 school year. Annalisa dreamed of obtaining her Doctorate’s degree at Grand Canyon University. Education was her passion. She helped all her students in any way possible because she had a heart of gold. When there was a need she was quick to act and she listened attentively.

Annalisa loved her twin daughters Avery and Kaylie immensely. They were her world and they cherished her. She was a dedicated mom and hard-working. She liked spending time at the beach in Galveston, listening to music, dancing and crafts. She had a great sense of humor and liked to tell jokes. She was thoughtful, humble and kind. With God, she was a woman that demonstrated strength and courage. Her beauty shined inside and out.

We would like to thank all of our family, friends, and Annalisa’s colleagues for your support and prayers during this difficult time. A special thank you to St. Helen Catholic Church in Pearland, TX. Thank you to all who sent the gorgeous flower arrangements, cards and monetary donations.

Annalisa is survived by her twin daughters: Avery and Kaylie Lopez and their dad Gilbert Lopez, Jr., Annalisa’s partner: Andres L. Casino, her brothers: Ramiro Robles, Jr. (Dora L.), Alberto S. Robles (Monique Elena), Antonio S. Robles (Leticia F.). She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and their children. She is preceded in death by her parents Ramiro and Maria Elena Robles from Brownsville, TX.

Words cannot express how thankful we are for your compassion. We miss her dearly.

With love,

Gilbert & Virginia Lopez, Sr., Joe & Sandra Adams, Diana Lopez & Julian Romero
