Indigenous Peoples’ Day blessings Monday

The Indigenous Cultures Institute will hold two blessings Monday to celebrate the first Indigenous Peoples’ Day in San Marcos. The first will be a blessing and breakfast at the Sacred Springs (Spring Lake) from 8 to 10 a.m. Then, from 5 to 7 p.m., the second blessing will be held at the reburial grounds on the Spring Lake Preserve. Both are open to the public.
