This Valentine’s Day, prepare to be blown away with a romantic interactive glass making experience and live glass blowing demonstrations at Wimberley Glassworks. Participants can opt for a truly hands-on experience by making a Glass Heart. Guests will choose glass colors, roll the hot glass, and sit on the glassblowing bench to finish the piece into a heart shape. This experience takes about 15 minutes.
Participants can also choose to create a Forever United Heart Vase. Ideal for partners, friends or family, this experience will allow each couple to choose from a palette of colors to pour together, uniting them into one. The heart vase will then be created by the Glasswork’s artisan team.
Glass blowing demonstrations will continue throughout the day until 7 p.m. Guests can heat things up by purchasing glass pieces hot off the pipe after witnessing its creation.
