A Texas State University dorm was evacuated Saturday after a major water leak, the university announced on social media.
The university said the leak occurred in San Marcos Hall, located at 703 Academy St., because of a sprinkler system.
Texas State said Sunday that all students affected by the water leak were able to go back to their rooms. The university said only rooms on the third floor were impacted by the leak and cleanup began Saturday. University staff continues to assist students affected by the leak.
