Texas State University announced Friday that it has been selected as an education partner for Amazon’s Career Choice program, providing Amazon’s hourly employees access to bachelor's degrees.
Volunteers are currently needed to assist with collecting data for the annual point-in-time (PIT) count regarding the homeless population in Hays County. The count is set to take place on Jan. 27 at the San Marcos Public Library.
The City of San Marcos will host a meet and greet to introduce the finalists for the Animal Services Manager at the San Marcos Rec Hall on Thursday, Jan. 20 at 5 p.m.
