Eliseo Galarza, Republican, is running for election for the position of Hays County Constable, Precint 1.
Galarza has been a San Marcos since 2004. Galarza has over 13 years of Law Enforcement experience including his current position as Deputy Bailiff at the Hay County District Court and his past position as Deputy with the hays County Sheriffs Office.
