It is wrong for the President or anyone to refer to the United States House of Representatives as “the Dems” or “the Do-Nothing Dems” . The actions of the United States House of Representatives are not political party functions and are not dictated by party policy.
Each member of the House of Representatives, regardless of party affiliation or lack thereof, is a duly elected public official and their public actions represent those who voted them into office.
When the President publicly calls elected officials disrespectful names he is, in effect, disrespecting every voter who supported that official.
We as a nation did not arrive at our position in the world by turning every difference of opinion into a constant squabble.
Respectfully,
