Representatives from the Gary Job Corps attended the National Job Corps Association Conference the week of March 10 to 14. Representatives from Job Corps Centers around the United States attended workshops and visited their respective political representatives. In addition to NJCA sessions, the Gary Job Corps Representatives visited with the offices of Congressman Chip Roy, Michael Cloud, Joaquin Castro, Lloyd Doggett as well as Senators Ted Cruz and John Cornyn, sharing the accomplishments at the Gary Job Corps Center and plans for the future.
