Happy Mardi Gras! You won’t want to miss the annual Mardi Gras parade Saturday at noon. The Mistick Krewe of Okeanos has organized a wonderful, community filled event, so be sure to find a good spot to watch along the main route on Belvin Street and San Antonio Street. The fun continues Saturday night at Roughhouse with a fireworks show at 7 p.m. to celebrate Texas Independence Weekend. Enjoy a brew and a view as the night is lit with explosions of Texas pride.
