SMHS BOYS BASKETBALL
The San Marcos Rattlers fell against the Clemens Buffaloes on the road, losing 68-42.
The Rattlers fall to 16-15 overall and 2-6 in district play.
San Marcos fell behind Clemens 22-5 at the end of the first quarter and were unable to overcome the deficit.
Senior point guard Cash Good and senior small forward Donovan Riddick both led the team in scoring with 13 points each followed by senior power forward Josiah Hollmon with 12 points.
San Marcos currently sits in fifth place in the district standings and are 1.5 games behind Judson for fourth place.
The Rattlers return home tonight to take on the East Central Hornets. The Hornets are coming off a massive win against Cibolo Steele on Friday.
Tip-off for San Marcos- East Central is set for 7 p.m.
