The Rattlers will play their first home game of the season when San Marcos host the Lake Travis Cavaliers Friday night.
San Marcos enters the game with a 1-6 record, playing one of the more tougher schedules with games against various schools from Dallas and Houston.
The Rattlers lone win came against the Bridgeland Bears in a 1-0 game. Last Tuesday, the Rattlers dropped their non-district game against a tough Austin Westlake team 4-0.
Lake Travis enters the game with a 2-3 record. The Cavaliers are coming off a 3-1 loss to San Antonio Brandeis.
Kickoff for San Marcos Lake Travis is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. tonight at Toyota Rattler Stadium.
The Lady Rattler soccer team will be on the road this Friday against Copperas Cove. The Lady Rattlers own a record of 3-2-1 overall with wins over Austin Del Valle, Manor and North Crowley.
The Lady Bulldawgs enter their showdown with the Lady Rattlers with a 5-1-1 overall record. Last Tuesday, Copperas Cove defeated Killeen Ellison 5-0.
Kickoff for San Marcos- Copperas Cove is set for 6:45 tonight at Copperas Cove.
