So this weekend there are a couple of fun things going on, and one of them I will be personally participating In. The first event that actually started yesterday but will continue throughout the weekend is the Lost River Film Festival, which is happening atthe Price Center. The event will feature tons of new, independent films with over 40 from Texas. Check out the schedule and get tickets at this link thelostriverfilmfest.org. Then the event that I will be vending at is the Art Scared Spooky Market on the downtown square from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday. I will be selling custom made Sterling Silver jewelry, much of which is made using the lost wax casting technique. My company is called Shannon Makes Jewelry. Come see me. There will be tons of other creative and local vendors who will be selling amazing handmade goods for you or for Christmas presents if you’d like to get that out of the way.
