San Marcos Academy fell to the San Antonio Castle Hills Eagles 80-34.
Academy falls to 2-4 overall, as the Bears start district play after the bye week.
The Bears led Castle Hills 10-8 at the end of the first quarter before both teams got into an offensive shootout.
Going into halftime, Academy trailed Castle Hills 40-34.
But the Eagles scored 40 unanswered points in the second half en route to the 80-34 win.
Quarterback Major Howard passed for 165 yards and two touchdowns. Howard also rushed for 25 yards and one touchdown.
Senior Evan Donoso caught six passes for 84 yards and one touchdown while David Followell caught two passes for 36 yards.
RAMS FALL TO GLORIA DEO ACADEMY
Hill Country Christian dropped their home game against the Gloria Deo Academy Lions 61-0.
The Rams fall to 2-4 overall.
Hill Country will be on their bye week before starting district against Cedar Park Summit next Friday.
