Singer- songwriter Susan Gibson, who will be one of the workshop instructors, encouraged creatives looking for fresh insights to attend. “Please join us for the first ever Wimberley Winter Writing Workshop. No matter where you are in your songwriting journey it’s always good to get in the room with other creatives to hone your craft. For the first time, we’re putting five seasoned songwriters together for a peek into their process. We’ve got Terri Hendrix, Lloyd Maines, Brennen Leigh, Jaimee Harris and myself, for four hours of instruction and encouragement.”
The workshop costs $160 for four hours of instruction and includes lunch. Tickets are available at starsoverwimberley@ gmail.com.
For out-of-town guests, lodging dis- counts are available at Square Inn, CreekHaven Inn & Spa, Wimberley Inn, and 7A Ranch for January 9 and 10.
The Winter Nights concerts and workshop is sponsored by The John and Catherine Moore Foundation and is one of the many events brought to Wimberley by the Wimberley Valley Arts and Cultural Alliance.
