Hunter Henson watches as his mother places his s’mores ingredients in a bag to assemble and write about later for an activity. Also, students got to pick a free fiction or nonfiction book at the event. The night’s activities were based around practicing reading instructions and using descriptive words, which the second grade classes had just finished learning.
