Texas State junior guard Nijal Pearson and senior guard Tre Nottingham earned All-Sun Belt accolades, the conference announced on Monday.
Pearson was named to the All-Sun Belt first team, while Nottingham was named to the third team.
Pearson is the second Bobcat to be named to the All-Sun Belt first team — He joins former teammate Kavin Gilder-Tilbury, who received the same honor during the 2016-17 season. Pearson was named to the All-Sun Belt third team after his sophomore campaign. The junior guard’s production increased this season as he averages 17.1 points and five rebounds per game.
