Cat of the Week: Indigo
How could you say no to those eyes?! Indigo is a beautiful 2-year-old domestic short hair.
Indigo came to our shelter a little timid, but is warming up, and as she gets more comfortable in her environment, her fantastic personality has started to shine through.
Indigo has tested positive for Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV), which can only be spread from one cat to another through deep wounds or from mother to offspring. FIV cats can live completely normal lives, and can live with other non-FIV cats as long as they get along.
She is looking for a family that will give her the time and attention she needs, and she will blossom.
Dog of the Week: Buster
Buster is absolutely adorable! He can be a little shy at first, but has really bonded with his foster mom. He’s turned into quite the “Velcro dog” and won’t leave her side as she walks around the house.
Buster is a 7-year-old Chihuahua who was surrendered to us after his owners said they no longer had the time to take care of him. He is a total couch potato and would do great with any family looking for a small dog.
