Kids take on 3D printing

Children ages 7 to 12 are invited to the library for "Maker Play." This reoccurring children's activity from the Texas State University MAKE Lab is focused on exploring technology and bringing imagination to life with hands-on projects. Participants will learn about 3D printing and 2D computer fabrication, and try their hands at 3D computer-aided modeling, coding and simple electronics. The event is free, but registration is required. You can register by phone at 512-393-8200 or online at sanmarcostx.gov/library registration.
