College Football: Despite being banged up, Texas State shows signs of life on offense at Idaho

Sports Editor

MOSCOW, Idaho — All it took to rescue Texas State's offense from an almost two-month long swoon was a date with the Idaho Vandals.

Even without workhorse tailback Robert Lowe to carry the load, the Bobcats turned to sophomore Tyler Siudzinski to pound away at Idaho (read: 24 totes for 170 yards) and worked the ball over the middle of the field to senior wide receivers C.J. Best (seven catches for 83 yards) and Brandon Smith (six receptions for 115 yards).
