San Marcos handed San Antonio Central Catholic its first loss of the season as the Rattlers cruised to an 80-62 win in an all-snake mascot matchup.
The long road trip continued for San Marcos as the Lady Rattlers traveled to Navarro and came out with a 43-39 win over the Panthers.

Texas State finished its west coast road trip late Saturday night as the Bobcats fell to the Hawaii Rainbow Warriors, 72-65, to finish in second place at the Patty Mills North Shore Classic.
Texas State’s season came to a close Saturday as the Bobcats fell to the Louisiana Ragin’ Cajuns, 41-13.
The recent cold weather is usually a welcome change for running. Cooler weather means runs can be longer and in some cases faster. It is easier to do the marathon training runs without the danger
