If you ask Sue and Richard Palmer what has kept their romance alive for more than 30 years they’ll look at each other with a sparkle in their eyes and say “humor.”
But there’s a lot more to them than that.
You can see it in the way he makes tea for her. In the way they reach for each other’s hand and giggle with each other as if they are sharing an inside joke that the rest of the world doesn’t get to be a part of. In the way they talk about their children.
