Mendez welcomes Wounded Warriors

Students, faculty and staff at Mendez Elementary welcomed about 20 Wounded Warriors from San Antonio to campus on Friday, continuing a tradition begun in 2010. the Wounded Warriors walk through the gym where they are greeted by Mendez students. Daily Record photos by Gerald Castillo
