Candice's Kitchen: Easter breakfast made easy

Easter is a time for family, and though I’ve had numerous lovely family Easters with my parents, my most memorable Easters have been the one the past few years spent with my boyfriend’s family in Portales, New Mexico. Perhaps it has something to do with the blue sky and wide-open plains, or the spring winds that make wearing an Easter dress most difficult, or maybe because I get to be a part of such a large family gathering that starts with church and a family breakfast, and ends with playing with the kiddos out in the sunshine. Whatever the case, I’ve expanded my breakfast/brunch making skills since I moved from home and enjoy cooking for a group of friends and family.
Though of course, my recipes are not the end-all to Easter morning creations, these are a few of my favorite special occasion recipes that I love, made with love for friends and family.
