Wind didn’t stop the Texas State University annual Riverfest on Thursday at Sewell Park. The Student Association for Campus Activities (SACA) puts on the event every year but despite the weather, this year was a little different.
“This year is a little different because we’re focusing on the 10th anniversary of Riverfest,” SACA President Ricardo Soliz said. “And this is the first year we’ve ever had a country music band, Gloriana, headlining the show.”
