A Texas congressman could move to Majority Leader

The stunning upset of Rep. Eric Cantor in his Virginia primary race Tuesday night may result in a congressman from Texas rising to the powerful position of Majority Leader in the U.S. Congress as early as next month.
Cantor, who reportedly spent more than $5 million dollars in his re-election bid, was defeated by a college professor who spent less than five percent of that during the primary race.
