Beggin' for more: Kyle Park to play New Braunfels tomorrow

Kyle Park spent two years at Texas State University before starting a full-time music career. He will play at Whitewater in New Braunfels tomorrow.

In the aftermath of losing his father at age 12, Kyle Park taught himself to play the guitar. Originally banging out to hard rock songs, he eventually found that he had a greater affinity for the music his father always played on the radio: George Strait, Waylon Jennigns, Mark Chesnutt, Keith Whitley.
He played his first paid gig at 15.
“From that point, I fell in love with music and wrote enough songs to make my first CD and put together a band,” Park said.
