SB 280 joins HB 791 in targeting river behavior

Not one but two bills, companions in the Texas House and Senate, have been filed to address what residents and recreational river users say is lawless behavior among tubers on the San Marcos River through unincorporated areas of Hays, Caldwell and Guadalupe counties.
