STAR Park: An economic point of light

Texas State University’s STAR Park is an facility built as a “research incubator” and “technology accelerator.” The first building, STAR One, was built about a year ago to help develop new commercial ventures related to Texas State technologies and research and assisting start-up or early-stage businesses.
The STAR Park Forum on Thursday, which drew nearly 200 people including multiple elected representatives, was used to explain what STAR Park is and show off the early successes.
