Texas State director to speak at Wimberley Birding Society meeting

Randy Simpson, director of the wildlife ecology program at Texas State University, will be the speaker at Wimberley Birding Society's quarterly meeting on Monday, Feb. 18.
The meeting will be at 10 a.m. in the Wimberley Community Center and Simpson's topic will be “Toward Increasing Avian Diversity: Urban Wildscape Programs.”
Also at the meeting, upcoming birding trips to Aquarena Springs and Storm Ranch will be discussed.
