Riverside bulldozer work sparks concern by neighbors, and stop work orders

Downstream of San Marcos, the bulldozers are back. So are the stop work orders.
A nascent tubing concession and concert venue located along the San Marcos River in Guadalupe County on the old Du Puy Ranch has been told to stop work by both Guadalupe County and the city of San Marcos, as the property is located within the city’s extra territorial jurisdiction (ETJ).
