Mensor’s Nielson announces retirement
Mensor LP, a manufacturer of precision pressure calibration equipment in San Marcos, announced that Paul Neilson will retire on July 31.
Neilson was a founding employee of Mensor in 1969 where he started as an Engineering Draftsman. He became President in 1986 following roles as Design Engineer, Marketing Manager, Product Manager, Plant Operations Manager, and VP of Operations. In recent months he has returned to his real passion as a direct sales manager.
Neilson was Mensor’s top customer advocate, recognizing that customer’s needs are paramount and with customer satisfaction as the primary goal. Neilson consistently served the customer by striving to meet their needs in quality, performance, delivery and service after the sale.
His community contributions are numerous;, including involvement with The San Marcos Manufacturers Association, United Way of Hays County, The American Heart Association, Gary Job Corps Center Community Relations Council, Leadership San Marcos, San Marcos Chamber of Commerce, San Marcos Education Foundation and the Greater San Marcos Economic Development. He is also an active member of Oakwood Church in New Braunfels.
The employees of Mensor will celebrate his retirement on Wednesday, July 31 at Dick’s Classic Car Museum in San Marcos Texas.
