Joy ride

Frances Breihan used to have her hands full. Between directing the hand bell choir at the United Methodist Church, singing and performing with the San Marcos Performing Arts, being inducted into the Women’s Hall of Fame in 2009 and judging talent for the Junior Miss Scholastic Program and the Homecoming talent show at Texas State University, Breihan had a full plate.
But time has stopped passing by so quickly for her. Now, she spends her time parading around San Marcos in her “funky old” red car.
